Nicole Brickhouse

As a visionary and entrepreneur, Nicole’s successful track record for building businesses for over three decades remains unwavering.

Her vast experience comes from owning, operating, and founding multiple companies in the real estate and title industries over the past 34 years. She combines deep industry knowledge with a relentless drive to raise standards, deliver exceptional results, and break barriers. Her expertise, tenacity, and enthusiasm distinguish her as a leader who continues to shape the industry in bold and unprecedented ways.

Continuing her passion for the industry, Nicole founded Modern Edge Title, LLC and owns a real estate services and consulting firm, FLA Title Girl, LLC. She also is an Executive Proprietor and Qualifying Broker of Preferred SHORE, LLC, a real estate company with corporate headquarters in Sarasota, Florida.

Nicole currently holds both a title insurance license and a real estate broker’s license in the state of Florida. She attended Hillsborough Community College and the University of South Florida.

Nicole grew up in West Tampa and the Lutz area of North Tampa, she currently lives in the Gulf Gate area of Sarasota. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her children and family, cheering on the Tampa Bay Lightning, Bucs, and Rays. Her interests include supporting local charitable and community development efforts, gardening, cooking, golfing, yoga, and beach days.
